Our Return Policy illustrates the cases in which we accept and don't accept the returns and go for the refund and the total amount of money that we return. We accept the returns if one of the following cases emerge:
1. You never get your products ever.
2. You bought something else, you received something else.
3. You get expired or damaged products.
We deny the returns if you purposefully change your mind and feel that you no longer have any interest on a particular product that you just received. We do cancellations only if you act fast and inform us soon after the payment with a valid and strong reason. If you are hours late then we do not entertain the cancellations because our workers already invested for further procedure and so your money is never refunded; and you will be getting the goods.
Soon after you receive the parcel just check with everything and find out if there is any issue because you need to inform us soon, even though it is a rare case. Once you detect something please inform our customer care with the proofs like photographs, receipt, etc. You need to follow the procedure as said and you shall be assisted with care till you get your money back. Kindly note that we don't return back your handling and shipping charges that you paid while returning the products to us. We simply pay back the cost price of the goods. Return the products in their original condition in the same manner you got.
Once we get the products our team will inspect for your claims. If your claims prove out to be true we will swiftly carry out the remaining process, making sure that you get the money back fast as possible.
